Our experience at The Great Scotland Yard has been fantastic. The service is exceptional! Gabriel checked us in early in the morning after a long overnight flight and he was so great to chat with! Our room is very spacious and clean. The artwork and decoration around the hotel is very unique and lovely. Also, the hotel has such an interesting history! Be sure to visit the hidden bar in the lobby! The cocktails were fantastic! Can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at the Great Scotland Yard. The staff were amazing, everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Philip and his team are excellent, and a special shout-out to Corneliu who checked me in. He made me laugh after a very long and tiring day. The in-room dining team were also lovely, and the food was absolutely delicious. The room itself was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. The shower deserves a mention on its own: I love a rain shower, but this one was next level! Fantastic water pressure and such elegant tiling and fittings. A truly great hotel in a perfect location, with genuinely outstanding staff. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed here for two nights and absolutely loved it. Greeted with smiles and our luggage taken into the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, check in was an easy process. The room itself was beautiful, decent sized for a London city hotel. The bathroom was beautiful! The location is perfect, walking distance from so many sites and restaurants, but tucked away from the noise. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We started here in February for 3 days and had a wonderful time, staff was so helpful and friendly to our 4 year old, they also made him small kid key for the room! Loved their breakfast and 40 elephant bar! Location is so central right by Buckingham palace and London eye and easy to get to bus and tube! Definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at the Great Scotland Yard. Lara, Gabriel, and Dilbar at check-in were amazing, so friendly and helpful from the start. The restaurant was a highlight as well — Muhammad at breakfast time was wonderful and made sure we were well looked after Almost all the staff were good . The room was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable, and the rain shower was excellent. The hotel has a beautiful interior..Great location and truly outstanding service throughout. Would happily return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐love from Australia .

A hotel built on a historic site designed with style and pays tribute to its history. Rooms whilst showing elements of old world style are modern with good amenities. Service is friendly and warm. Location is convenient- 10-15 minutes walks to Covent gardens. It can be pricey so one might expect such positives.

We had a fantastic stay at Great Scotland Yard Hotel. The service was truly impeccable. Lara and Shirley at the front desk were wonderful, along with another young gentleman (previously from Vancouver — sorry I didn’t catch his name). They were welcoming, attentive, and made everything smooth from check-in to departure. The restaurant staff were equally courteous and detail-oriented. The buffet selection was limited, but the quality was excellent. Our room was modern, spotless, and surprisingly spacious for our family. No visible wear and tear anywhere. The twin beds were a bit small, but that’s what we booked, and the mattress quality was very comfortable. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Waterloo Bridge. Tons of restaurants nearby as well. Would absolutely stay here again when in London.

Our stay at the Great Scotland Yard Hotel was honestly fantastic. Huge shoutout to Gabriel, who made check-in such a breeze and looked after us so well the entire time we were there. He even gave us some brilliant recommendations for our future travels, which was such a thoughtful touch. The accommodations were great—super comfortable and definitely lived up to the hype. We also want to thank Lara for making our checkout so quick and easy on the way out. Overall, the service was spot on, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again soon!
